ABOUT US
Our goal is to continuously pioneer meaningful innovation within the emerging realm of proximity networking with a focus on aggregating Intellectual Property that stimulates industry-wide critical progress within close-range: communication, commerce, transaction efficiency and personal data security.
RAADAAR is a project inspired by the concept of creating a communication protocol to code a dynamic radio frequency detection network with the purpose of automatically clustering all devices within proximity into a common presence group.
VISION
We have identified the most promising verticals to commercialize and have engineered the first release of our software for the following platforms:
1. DAAR: Fully Anonymous Value Transfers
2. Proximity Ordering and Payment Processing
3. virtualExpo: Conference Networking SaaS
4. Mainstream: Close-Range Social Media
We are in the process of further developing our vertically integrated stack to further facilitate the advancement of our portfolio of concepts.

International Patent Portfolio
On December 26th, 2017, nearly 3 years after our first provisional patent application, we received our United States Patent Grant, thus providing the critical Intellectual Property protections to rationalize the commercialization of our products.
Additionally, the USPTO Examiner further validated our invention by listing our Patent as Prior Art to an IBM invention.
IBM has been the largest Patent Filer worldwide for the last 20 years straight. They spent $6.3b on R&D in 2016 and filed 7,355 Patents (2nd place: google at 2.835 filings.)
Furthermore, our portfolio of patents are pending on the prosecution highway in all the critical jurisdictions where Intellectual Property rights are enforced: Europe, China, Japan, Korea, Australia and Canada.
The Intellectual Property which we have already established coupled with our coded and tested libraries and decades of developing international business ventures fully enables our campaign to start monetizing each of our targeted verticals within the next 12 months.
We are now aggressively completing our milestone objectives and actively disseminating the RAADAAR detection technology API server and client software to nodes and smartphones around the world.
PIPELINE OF PROJECTS
Carl’s Junior
One of our initial fast food projects is in partnership with a multi-store operator of a leading brand franchisee under the CKE Restaurant LLC umbrella, an enterprise that owns, operates and franchises 3,300 in 42 states and 28 countries and annual revenue > $1.2 billion.
We are building the ordering portal along with a promotional capture system that generates 20%-30% higher average purchase tickets by communicating all promotions and reoffering overlooked menu items to each customer in an ordering-flow barrage.
These first stores will provide the key software and formula to build out a national rollout across each of the CKE brand portfolio members.
With this initiative, we will have a clear runway to a nationwide expansion via our own salesforce and in partnership with strategic alliances with regionally dominant credit card merchant service providers.
In the quick food service vertical our technology reduces front-end labor associated with order taking and payment processing. It increases sales during peak hours by providing additional customers an option not to wait in the peak-hours longest lines, while increasing production velocity by eliminating merchant-side order errors while focusing human resources on product preparation versus order-taking and payment-processing.
Gas Stations
Our solution is a positive disruption to the gas station sector considering it addresses a true pain point: net income.
Owners of gas stations earn micro margin profits on their fuel sales. $3.5 million in sales translates to $65,000 in net income, meanwhile $75,000 is expensed as credit card processing fees.
Credit Card processing fees are high because only a few companies control the card scanning hardware since it is integrated into the fuel pumping mechanism.
Our ordering platform bypasses the fuel pump completely, thereby allowing us to compete on the processing fees. A 20% Savings on fees translates into 25% increase in net income.
Additionally, customers are able to expedite the process without the need to share their credit card information with the systems, which are susceptible to skimming fraud. Therefore we are providing a new level of privacy.
There are 168,000 gas stations in the United States alone. Achieving a 5% market share with 0.5% in payment processing revenues would equate to $147 million in annual income.
10% Market Share = $300 million in Annual Revenue
virtualExpo: Conference Networking SaaS
Experient is the leading conference marketing solution company. Still today their website claims that Bluetooth failed to offer a viable networking solution because it is required to have a smartphone on and with the App open in order to be detected.
Clearly their team was not informed of our discovery.
Their product, which indisputably dominates the conference arena is a beacon transmitting badge that all attendees wear around their necks while the exhibitors are charged a fee for a scanner that provides them with a lead list report of the attendees whose badges they scanned while visiting their booth.
virtualExpo outperforms Experient’s in all ways.
a) No hardware is required,
b) All participants simply need to download and register our App.
c) Everyone can see and communicate with each other
d) The nearby user list is dynamically updating second-to-second for each participant.
Our innovation truly solves the problem of making more valuable connections in a limited amount of time. By offering this product for free to all of the Associations, we can rapidly consume Experient’s market share while democratizing their Currency of Event Connections.
Background
During the first year of research and development, our team coded the first prototype on Android utilizing the p2p Wi-Fi frequency channel which transmitted unique identifiers to our server for detected user verification.
On this initial prototype, users had one profile pic and were able to send push notifications via our messenger to other nearby detected users.
After launching a 34 user demo in NYU’s Polytechnic Brooklyn campus engineering dorm, we discovered some remarkable results:
One student told us that he used our technology to identify a classmate that was nearby in his own dorm room, he didn’t know her name but recognized her face so he RAADAAR messaged her asking “what the homework was for their class”, she replied thereafter with the assignment.
This was a modern miracle in my eyes. Our technology bridged a gap in communication between otherwise strangers who were residing on different floors. We built a bridge.
Another girl wrote a review: “this technology makes me feel closer to my peers and because of it I feel more comfortable with them.”
At that point we understood that our technology had intense potential to change how society communicates.
RAADAAR filled a void specifically for the younger generations who have been raised socializing primarily online and via mobile phones within social media and drastically lacking face-to-face socializing skills.
The automatic facilitation of communication with nearby users via our social media platform is enabling a new focus of our immediate surrounding versus the distant worldwide networks of friendships on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat.
Our Second Year was dedicated heavily to coding the platform across iOS and Android by utilizing a common framework of Bluetooth Low Energy as our radio communication frequency. It proved itself as a necessity and our cross platform social network was born.
TECHNOLOGY
During this development period, we had a few groundbreaking solutions which obtained international status as inventive steps in technology:
• Presence Group Clustering Logic
• Detecting an iPhone while in Sleep Mode.
• Degrees of Separation: Filtering
These serve as the basic fundamental elements required for networking devices in proximity and were still yet to be incorporated into a viable solution.
